End User Licence Agreement
1. Licence
Wovan is offered solely to residents of the United States. Subject to your acceptance of this EULA and the Wovan Terms of Service, Kench Studio LLC (“we”, “us”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Wovan application (the “App”) on a device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to allow any third party to:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App;
- use the App in any way that violates the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
3. User-generated content: zero tolerance policy
The App includes features that allow you to post content and communicate with other users (chat, league names, team names, avatars, profiles). By using these features you agree that there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, upload, or transmit content that:
- is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
- sexualises or endangers minors;
- infringes the rights of any third party;
- violates any law.
We implement:
- Automated filtering of objectionable material;
- In-app reporting of any user, message, or piece of content;
- In-app blocking of other users;
- Human review within 24 hours of reports of objectionable content;
- Ejection of abusive users by suspension or permanent account termination.

4. Ownership
The App and all intellectual property rights in it are and remain the property of Kench Studio LLC and our licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the licence expressly set out in this EULA.
5. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, and new versions of the App from time to time. Updates may be installed automatically by the platform store. This EULA governs any updates unless a new licence is provided with the update, in which case the new licence governs.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this EULA or your use of the App is limited as described in the Terms of Service.
7. Term and termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices.
8. Export controls
You represent that you are not located in, and will not use or export the App to, any country subject to comprehensive US embargoes, and that you are not listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
9. Apple and Google specific terms
Sections 16 and 17 of the Terms of Service apply to this EULA and are incorporated by reference. In particular, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce its terms.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes are handled as described in the Terms of Service.
